Brogt Holding believes in a two-way approach in the adding value to the business, but also to give some of its profits back from the company and its subsidiaries to good and potential projects in the society. This can be done incidentally to organizations in general, but structurally this is done by providing Foundation DiDEE (Dutch Initiative for Development in Eastern Europe / Development in Democracy Everywhere for Everyone) with funds annually.

With these funds a lot of projects have been granted in Eastern Europe, Caucasus, Turkey and Russia. Many times these projects have been organized in co-funding with the European commission, Dutch Embassy, Council of Europe and other international well known organizations. In the future more and more activities will take place, because of the good results as well as the belief to give something back to the society of these countries and help them in their developments towards success in personal as well as life in society.
